Welcome to Formulate 3D. We provide professional 3D printing, prototyping, custom manufacturing, and design-related services. As our services are customized and made specifically according to client requirements, this Refund Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and revisions are handled.

1. Nature of Services

All projects undertaken by Formulate 3D are custom-made based on customer specifications, uploaded designs, dimensions, materials, and project requirements. Due to the personalized nature of these services, refunds are subject to the conditions below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

  • Duplicate payment made by the customer.
  • Payment received but project not initiated within the committed timeline.
  • Technical inability from our side to complete the order.
  • Major manufacturing defect or damage caused during delivery (subject to verification).
  • Incorrect product/service delivered that does not match approved specifications.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after project confirmation.
  • Minor variations in color, finish, texture, or dimensions inherent in 3D printing processes.
  • Delay caused due to incomplete information or delayed responses from the customer.
  • Customer-approved designs that later do not meet customer expectations.
  • Digital design services, CAD files, consultation charges, or completed design work.
  • Orders already manufactured, processed, or shipped.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled before production begins.
  • Once printing, prototyping, modeling, or manufacturing has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
  • If cancellation is approved after work initiation, partial charges may be deducted for work already completed, material usage, and operational costs.

5. Damaged or Defective Deliveries

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • You must notify us for return within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Supporting photos/videos of the issue may be required.
  • After verification, we may provide:
    • Service correction, or
    • Partial/full refund at our discretion.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

7. Revision & Rework Policy

For custom design or printing projects:

  • Minor revisions may be provided depending on the project scope.
  • Major redesigns or specification changes after approval may incur additional charges.

8. Shipping Charges

Shipping, express delivery, and handling charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Formulate 3D. Orders will be delivered within 7–10 working days.
